FACTS ABOUT YINKA AYEFELE
Yinka Ayefele is a Nigerian gospel singer, producer, O.A.P and a business man. He began his music career in 1997 after surviving a motor accident that affected his spinal cord.
Yinka Ayefele sings gospel with high percussion beat called Gospel Tungba and has released several studio albums. Also, he is the Chairman of FRESH FM NIGERIA , a commercial entertainment radio station.
BACKGROUND OF YINKA AYEFELE
Olayinka Joel Ayefele was born on February 1, 1968 in Ipoti Ekiti in Ekiti State, Nigeria to the family of Chief Joshua Taiwo Ayefele. He started his education at Our Saviours Anglican Primary School, Ipoti- Ekiti. His secondary education was also in Ekiti State. Upon conclusion of his secondary education, Yinka Ayefele proceeded to Ondo State College of Arts and Science, Ikare Akoko in Ondo State for his tertiary education.
Yinka Ayefele worked briefly as journalist and broadcaster at the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Ibadan, where he also produced jingles and musical works on radio
EARLY CAREER OF YINKA AYEFELE
He began his music career in 1997 after he was involved in an automobile accident which damaged his spinal cord and confined him to a wheelchair.
In truth, Ayefele in his early days never really had the passion for music. He thought he would become a banker or work in a firm as a clerk. He just saw his life shaped in the corporate world with music not even in his plans but as fate would have it, he is doing gospel music and doing it excellently.
YINKA AYEFELE MARITAL LIFE
Yinka is married to Temitope Titilope. He met Temitope before the accident that resulted in the spinal cord injury, and they tied the knot in 2000. On January 18, 2019, the couples welcomed a set of triplets.
